計畫之目的:
本計畫之目的為藉由本團隊深耕多年之關鍵製造及檢驗技術,提供由研發端至商業化之產業需求。自研發、生產、效能驗證、技術移轉、產品設計、市場趨勢分析以及行銷等服務,進行整體性的規劃。擬就動物疫苗及動物用生技產業廠商,包含原料供應商、製造廠、經銷商、家畜醫院及終端養殖畜牧業,串連為產業鏈建立產學聯盟。第一期 3 年計畫將聚焦於拓展聯盟會員數,針對會員及市場不同需求,運用生物製劑技術,結合相關優秀研發人才及產業聯盟,建立業界認知度及影響力。預期影響性為在激烈競爭中發展出獨特的動物生技產業鏈,提升生產與檢驗技術,加速創新生物製品之商品化。促進產業發展,以及產品穩定供應,並進一步增進競爭優勢及拓展市場發展版圖。

Project Purpose
This project aims to leverage our team’s long-standing expertise in key manufacturing and inspection technologies to support industry needs from R&D to commercialization. We provide integrated services across research, production, validation, technology transfer, product design, market analysis, and marketing. Focusing on the animal vaccine and animal biotechnology sectors, the project seeks to build a comprehensive industry-academia alliance linking raw material suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, veterinary clinics, and livestock farms. The initial three-year phase emphasizes expanding alliance membership and applying biopharmaceutical technologies to meet diverse market demands. Our goal is to strengthen industry competitiveness by developing a distinctive animal biotech value chain, enhancing production and quality assurance capabilities, and accelerating the commercialization of innovative products.
